Services for individuals and groups conducting research with NRAO instruments are provided by the scientific, technical and engineering staff at each of the telescope sites, supplemented by Science and Academic Affairs (SAA) and End to End Operations (E2E). Telescope operations staff facilitate scheduling, observing and data analysis for accepted proposals. SAA coordinates scientific and academic activities across all of the NRAO, and manages the peer review process for the allocation of telescope time for all NRAO telescopes. E2E broadens access to NRAO facilities by coordinating the development of software systems across the NRAO sites, including proposal, archive, and data processing systems.
