Grad Student Travel Grants

The U of Calgary Department of Physics & Astronomy will cover all reasonable travel expenses (up to a maximum of $1000 CAD) for the first 20 graduate students (from Canadian Institutions) to register for the workshop.

This includes (but is not limited to):
MUST HAVE ALL RECIEPTS AND BORDING PASSES

- $45/day per diem for meals & expenses (max 4 days)

- a single dorm room at McMaster University housing (max 4 nights)

- taxi to and from the airport

To claim a refund please fill out the U of C Reimbursement form in your conference information package, attach all receipts & boarding passes, and mail it to:
