Performance Metrics
The NRAO Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan provides a quantitative methodology for assessment of the Observatory’s performance, indicating areas of current focus and tactical responses to issues identified in the metrics. The indicators presented in the quarterly reports are necessarily high-level. At the site/department/group level, a wide variety of lower-level metrics are used on a daily or weekly basis to inform operations and/or development activities.
