Help Desk

For all questions related to observing within NRAO please use the NRAO Help Desk. To log in, use the same user ID and password as when accessing the Proposal Submission Tool or the Observation Preparation Tool. If you haven't registered yet, please do so at NRAO Interactive Services.

For department related questions (VLA, GBT, VLBA, CASA, AIPS, GBT IDL etc.), please select the appropriate department during the ticket submission process.

For ALMA related questions, please go to the separate ALMA Help Desk.
