KFPA Beam 1 Left Circular Polarization Instability

KFPA Beam 1 Left Circular Polarization Instability - present for short periods, beam can be OK for hours at a time

On November 25, 2011 an instability in the KFPA Left circular polarization was noticed.  The instability is quite intermittent.  Observations have gone several hours without seeing it and it typically lasts for a short period of time.  The instability generally results in significant baseline structure in your spectra.

KFPA observers should attempt to avoid using beam 1 for the time being.
