Important Dates
Please be sure to register for the Symposium by the deadline - Friday, February 27, 2015.
The Abstract deadline is Monday, March 23, 2015. Please be sure to submit your Abstract using the form provided.
When making travel plans, keep in mind that there will be a welcome reception at 4 pm local time at Rick Perley's house on Sunday, April 5, 2015.
Be sure to submit a Travel Authorization Form to Jessica Utley by March 30, 2015. Charlottesville postdocs use 943110, Green Bank postdocs use 943120, and non-resident postdocs use 943150. The Lodging will be direct billed, as will any flights that are booked by NRAO.
Lodging
Lodging will be sponsored by NRAO at the Best Western and NRAO Guesthouse. Symposium participants should submit lodging requests through the BOS system. Once lodging is booked, you will receive a confirmation with hotel information.
Travel
Maps and directions to NRAO Socorro from the Albuquerque airport are located here. If you need a rental car, please request one when you submit your lodging request through the BOS system. If at all possible, please coordinate travel schedules to share rental cars.
