Cancellation/Refund Policy

All refunds requested prior to 21:00 UTC on Thursday, May 1, 2014 will incur a $25.00 refund fee per transaction.

Refunds will not be issued after May 1, 2014.

How to Sign-up for the Waiting List

Clicking the "Waiting List" hyperlink, below, will connect you to NRAO's hosted registration site, https://nrao.3dcartstores.com. Follow these instructions to be added to the SIW14 Waiting List:

1. Ensure that both cookies and javascript are enabled in your browser.

2. You will need to create an account if you have not previously created one

Click "Create Account"

Enter the "Email Address" and "Password" you want to use for logging-in;

then fill out the "Account Information" fields that follow.

Enter the "Verification" code at the bottom of the page and click "Proceed."

3. Next, click the "SIW14" link in the menu to the left.

After selecting your registration option, you will see a button next to the option price labelled "Put Me on the Waiting List". Click the button, fill-out the required fields and click "Submit" once. Your name is then added to the Waiting List. There is no submission confirmation window. However, you will receive an email confirmation that your name has been placed on the waiting list.

If a space becomes available for you, we will contact you via email at the address you entered.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payments are accepted.

Current New Mexico Universities Students:

Your registration fee will be covered by a grant. In order to participate in this option, you must register online following the process described above and provide your Academic Advisor's name and email address.

New Mexico university student registration will not be finalized until we receive verification from your advisor; therefore it is important to complete the online registration well in advance of the deadline.

All participants are required to complete the Travel Plans Form prior to May 2, 2014.
