VLASS 2.2 observations to begin 2021/9/29

VLASS 2.2 observations are scheduled to start on September 29th, a few days later than originally planned due to power issues at the site in July that resulted in an extension of the current C-configuration. VLASS 2.2 will cover the same sky pointings as VLASS 1.2, completing the second epoch of all-sky observations for VLASS.
