The North American ALMA Science Center (NAASC)

Welcome to the North American ALMA Science Center (NAASC).

We are located at the NRAO headquarters in Charlottesville, Virginia, and provide services and support to the North-American scientific community, such as:

  • Direct support to ALMA proposers, program PIs and archival users through the help desk and visits to the NAASC (onsite and virtual)

  • ALMA meetings and workshops, in Charlottesville and across the community

  • Training events and materials

  • Data reprocessing on-demand

  • Computing resources
