Venue:
This event will be held in the Rutherford Physics Building on the McGill campus. A map can be found here. Signs will be posted leading you to the meeting room.
Parking may be a challenge, but the Rutherford building is an easy walk from many hotels and the nearest subway station is Station McGill.

The organizing committee suggest the Delta hotel, where many visitors to the Physics Dept stay.
