Program

The workshop will be from 10am to 6pm on the 5th of April 2024. We will cover topics such as an introduction to ALMA, basics of interferometry, ALMA Cycle 11 capabilities, ALMA Archive and Science Ready Data Products, imaging and simulations in CASA, the Observing Tool, the distributed peer review system, and things to consider when preparing ALMA proposals. The exact time allocation to each topic will vary depending on the interests of the participants. We plan to do a hand-on session in the afternoon using the Observing Tool to prepare ALMA proposals.
