Beyond the Current Generation of Radio Surveys


Radio surveys with the Square Kilometre Array will greatly improve our knowledge in many
areas of astrophysics, from the dawn of galaxy formation to cosmology. I will provide an update on the status and capabilities of the SKA. I will discuss the surveys made possible by this next generation observatory and give an overview of their core science objectives.
