Important Dates
Please be sure to register for the Symposium by the deadline on Friday, February 16, 2018.
The Abstract deadline is Friday, March 9, 2018. Please be sure to submit your Abstract using the form provided.
When making travel plans, keep in mind that there will be a welcome reception on Sunday, March 18, 2018. Time is TBD, but will likely take place later afternoon/early evening. Check back for updates.
Be sure to submit a Travel Authorization Form to Jessica (JJ) Utley by March 12, 2018. The postdoc symposium account number for the TA can be provided by JJ.
Lodging
Lodging will be sponsored by NRAO at the NRAO Guesthouse. Symposium participants should submit lodging requests through the BOS system. Make sure to put "Postdoc Symposium" in the request form. Once lodging is booked, you will receive a confirmation by email. The lodging will be direct billed, as will any flights that are booked by NRAO.
Travel
Maps and directions to NRAO Socorro from the Albuquerque airport are located here. If you need a rental car, please request one when you submit your lodging request through the BOS system. If at all possible, please coordinate travel schedules to share rental cars.
