Towards a globally distributed Open Cyberinfrastructure
Abstract
We will describe our progress towards a vertically and horizontally open cyberinfrastructure for all of open science, and show how we built on it to operate a global data access infrastructure that is being used by the observational gravitational wave community of LIGO, Virgo, and Kara, as well as a host of there large scale science projects. We will discuss the opportunities this presents to NRAO for both its internal processing, as well as in disseminating its data for analysis to the community.
