SAR, Moving Targets, and a Search for a Focusing Algorithm

 

Abstract

Keith will present an overview of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), some techniques and developments at Sandia National Laboratories, and his ongoing PhD dissertation work that covers techniques for detecting and demodulating frequency modulated target returns.

Keith is a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories. He previously worked at NRAO Array Operations Center. Keith holds a BSEE and a M.S. Physics from New Mexico Tech, and is pursuing a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UNM.
