Refund Policy
Refunds requested prior to 21:00 UTC on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 will incur a $50.00 refund fee per transaction.
Refunds requested after that time and through May 18, 2014 will incur a refund fee of $200.
Refunds will not be issued after Sunday, May 18, 2014.
