Title

Observational constraints on intermediate-mass black holes: globular clusters and beyond

Abstract

I will discuss recent and ongoing work to discover and characterize intermediate-mass black holes in globular clusters and low-mass galaxies, highlighting the roles of both deep pointed radio continuum observations and wide-field radio surveys.

The National Radio Astronomy Observatory and Green Bank Observatory are facilities of the U.S. National Science Foundation operated under cooperative agreement by Associated Universities, Inc.

Founded in 1956, the NRAO provides state-of-the-art radio telescope facilities for use by the international scientific community.
