Assistance with proposal submission, observation preparation, archive access, and data reduction using both CASA and AIPS is available through the NRAO Helpdesk.  We try our best to get back to you within one working day, although it can take repeated back-and-forth communication to completely resolve your question.  You log on with your my.nrao.edu user name and password.  If you don't have an account you will be given the opportunity to register.
