Planned NM Data Center Outage
Monday, August 21 11:00MDT (August 21 17:00UT) through August 21 23:00MDT (August 22 05:00UT)
Due to a planned replacement of its Power Distribution Unit, the server room at the DSOC in Socorro will require a shutdown of all systems. This includes the Socorro data center and will affect access to:
- data.nrao.edu (NRAO Archive Access Tool),
- my.nrao.edu (OPT suite and Proposal Submission Tool),
- help.nrao.edu (NRAO Science Helpdesk),
- nmpost processing cluster (including lustre)
This will also kill all running batch jobs and interactive sessions at the time of shutdown.
It is hoped that most systems will be restored by close of business August 21, but it is possible that the work will take longer.
