Registration
The 2013 NSF Large Facilities Workshop registration fee is $200 per attendee, which covers the cost of all workshop materials, 3 morning break snacks, 3 full lunches, the Workshop dinner on Wednesday evening (24 April), and participation in excursions planned to the National Radio Astronomy Observatory Karl G. Jansky Very Large Array and the IRIS PASSCAL (Earthscope) Instrument Center Facilities at New Mexico Tech.
If you have pre-registered for this workshop, you must officially register here if you are planning to attend.
NOTES:
- Participation in the workshop will be limited to 100 people.
- Registration will bring you to the secure 3dcart website. You must also create an account within this site as part of the registration process.
- Click on the "NSF Large Facilities Operations Workshop" link on the left side of the registration cover page.
- You must enable JAVASCRIPT and cookies for 3dcart registration.
Refund Policy:
Cancellation of workshop registration can be requested by sending email to LOC_LFW2013@nrao.edu. In most instances, requests for refunds before 4/12/2012 will result in a full refund of the registration fee, minus $20 for credit card and administrative fees. There will be no refunds after that date.
