contact the organizers as soon as possible.

Registration includes the Welcome Reception, daily Breaks and Coffee, and the Conference dinner. There will be optional excursions offered as well which may include additional costs. Rates are discounted for all students and postdocs.

The conference dinner is included for all attendees. Additional dinner tickets for GUESTS ONLY. You will not be charged for these during registration. They must be paid for on-site IN CASH. The Adult tickets are 1035 MX pesos and Child Tickets are 420 MX pesos. The children's menu is appropriate for ages 10 and under.

Travel Support

Travel Grants Available

The organizers have funds available to help students and postdocs with accommodation and registration fee. If you need financial assistance to attend the meeting, please complete the Financial Support Request form. You must give an oral (if chosen) or poster presentation to receive support. The organizers will review requests on an ongoing basis. They must be received by August 1, 2024.

Travel Visas and Letters of Invitation

Be sure to check visa requirements for travel to Mexico. If you need an official invitation to secure a travel visa, please send your request to ngVLA24@nrao.edu as soon as possible. Please include your name, address, affiliation and nationality along with any other information you need included on your letter of invitation.
