Accommodations
Local hotel accommodations for the 2013 NSF Large Facility Operations Workshop have been arranged at the Holiday Inn Express and Best Western in Socorro. Rates are within the Federal per diem permitted for Socorro. Both hotels are located ~1 mile from the Workshop location at Macey Center located on the New Mexico Tech campus. The hotel block for the Holiday Inn Express has come and gone, however rooms and special rate is still available at the Best Western.
Participants should contact the hotel directly via phone to arrange for accommodations. The conference rate is not available via the hotel website. Please be sure to reference the “NSF-LFW(NRAO)” to access the room blocks and receive the reduced room rate.
The cut off date for reservations at the Best Western is 8 April 2013.
