Data Processing

Data Processing provides information and links to several different software packages that include CASA, GBTIDL, OBIT, PRESTO, and AIPS. CASA is a suite of C++ application libraries for the reduction and analysis of radioastronomical data, packaged through a Python scripting interface. GBTIDL is data reduction for the GBT using IDL. OBIT provides Astronomy software for algorithm development. PRESTO is pulsar search and analysis software. AIPS is a software package for calibration, data analysis, image display, plotting, and a variety of ancillary tasks on Astronomical data.
